Constructive finesse – accessory furniture from MBK12.

MBK12 connects. Furniture and accessories in the form of a particularly elegant modular system. Storage boxes, small containers, cover plates or trays are connected to the base element, the cube, using a gridded surface on MBK12, completely without the need for tools. Solid wood meets painted MDF and the workmanship is excellent. And that is no coincidence, because Markus Schroer, the head of MBK12, is a trained carpenter and graduate engineer with a focus on production technology. All parts are made by hand with the utmost care in his workshop in Berlin. The base module is made from around sixty individual components using manual work in over thirty different work steps.
