1. Who are you?

FORM & REFINE is a Danish interior label. We carefully select the finest materials from all over the world and have them processed in the countries of origin, taking into account the local craft traditions. The resulting collection pieces in Nordic design become even more valuable over the years.

2. Since when have you been a designer?

FORM & REFINE was founded in 2018 by Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen and Lasse Lund Lauridsen

3. What motivated you to become a designer?

We wanted to create a high-quality brand that traces materials back to their origins while protecting the earth and preserving craft traditions with its design philosophy.

4. What inspires you?

The topic of sustainability is very important to us. The materials are processed directly in the respective region by local companies for FORM & REFINE. This reduces our carbon footprint. Social aspects and the preservation of craft businesses are also particularly important to us. We work with cooperatives and small manufacturers and maintain fair and respectful partnerships
